Canada: There are no duties for Canadian shipments.
USA: Updated September 29, 2025. Section 321 customs de minimis entry process has been ended (August 29, 2025). Since PTLevels are designed and built with Canadian and USA parts, there are some CUSMA exceptions that will apply. But please expect to pay a 35% tariff/tax on PTLevels upon shipment arrival. Most customers are are not seeing tariffs upon delivery.
