Canada: There are no duties for Canadian shipments.

USA: Updated August 26, 2025. Section 321 customs de minimis entry process has been ended (August 29). There is currently no exemption from duties/tariffs. Since PTLevels are designed and built with Canadian and USA parts, there are some CUSMA exceptions that will apply (and we are working on formal CUSMA certification), but we are still learning. Please expect to pay a 35% tariff/tax on PTLevels upon shipment arrival.
