1. Contest Organizer
The PTLevel Giveaway (the “Contest”) is organized by ParemTech Inc., located at 491 Webber Road, Welland, Ontario, Canada (the “Organizer”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta.
2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, or agents of ParemTech Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 22, 2025, and ends on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted after this date and time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

2️⃣ Like the PTLevel–Leroy video on Facebook
3️⃣ Mention a friend in the comments who would love to win
(Sharing the video is optional and does not affect eligibility.)
Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry in the random draw. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won:
– One (1) PTLevel Long Range Wireless Monitor, retail value $349.99 CAD.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
If the winner purchased a PTLevel within the 60 days prior to December 1, 2025, the Organizer will offer a refund or a free upgrade to Premium for life, ensuring the winner still receives a full equivalent prize value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or around December 1, 2025.
The winner will be announced publicly on the ParemTech Inc. Facebook page and contacted via direct message from the official ParemTech Inc. Facebook account.
To be declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:
– Respond within 7 days of being contacted;
– Correctly answer a skill-testing question (required under Canadian law); and
– Confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize in writing.
If the selected entrant does not respond or meet these conditions, another eligible entrant may be selected.
7. Privacy
By entering the Contest, participants agree that any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting the winner. Information will not be sold, shared, or used for unrelated marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
ParemTech Inc. is not responsible for:
– Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
– Any technical errors, omissions, or interruptions in internet or platform service;
– Any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in this Contest or acceptance of the prize.

9. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the promotion.
